nerrik I like that the ambient tracks on this album generally stay ambient the whole way through, leaving the sweet spots ripe for throwing onto a playlist. I appreciate the concept album feel on all the albums, but I fucking love that I can throw Destroy and Dismember onto any of my mixes. Favorite track: DESTROY AND DISMEMBER.

Sekator Good dose of atmospheric sludge/post-metal with a few blistering moments. Favorite track: OLDEST HARM.

Nic Brown Sonance is a band like no other, just as happy terrifying the living shit out of us with 13+ minute forays into blood-curdling ambience such as "That's What It's Like" as bludgeoning our brains to pulp with sludge-smothered cacophonies like the frankly horrifying noise assault that is "Staggered". What horrors they have in store for us next is anybody's guess but I'm agog with ghastly anticipation. Truly a band without parallel, thank fuck. Favorite track: STAGGERED.
